Hello Apartment Seekers,
I have a room available in my Chinatown apartment for the first of June. The
apartment itself has two bathrooms, seven bedrooms, a washer and dryer in the
apartment (!!!) and a projector for watching movies, making art, or jamming
out to music with the visualizer. It's a seven bedroom apartment so you would
be living with six other people including me. That's never an issue since all
of us have completely different schedules and are home sporadically. Most of
us that live here are pursuing art in either acting, art, or film-making or
photography, however, we got a couple 9 - 5ers as well. So, basically, anyone
could fit into this apartment. We also keep a tight ship about cleaning up
after ourselves so we hope you would be clean as well.
The room that we're trying to fill is already furnished with a twin bed, desk,
closet and bookshelf. The room fits all of the furniture in it nicely and
could easily fit a full bed if you would want. It's 950 a month plus utilities
and the utilities never get too crazy. It's a month to month contract with a
three month minimum but we're leaning toward someone who wants to find a long-
term living environment.
It's located at the heart of Chinatown/Little Italy so it's a close walking
distance to the LES, SOHO, East Village, pretty much the coolest spots in
town. Easy commute to anywhere in Manhattan, off the NRQ, 6, JZ
