About the place:
Near 30th and Dolores, the flat is four bedrooms with one bath (split), large
shared kitchen, charming living room, washer/dryer, and a small porch with an
amazing view of the city. We are on the top floor of a three-story building,
so the whole place is filled with sunshine. The apartment is centrally
located, close to Safeway, Wallgreens, hardware store, and tons of restaurants
and bars (Emmy's, Blue Plate, Front Porch, Knockout, Iron and Gold, El Rio,
etc.) The J, and 24 stop right outside our door with the 14, and 49 close by.
15 minute walk to BART.
Move in May 6th - May 15th.
Rent is $828/month and we split all utilities. Those run about $70/month and
include wireless internet, water, garbage, PG&E; and shared household expenses
like toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Move in costs are first month's rent
and $1,000 deposit ($1,828 total.) One year sublease with master tenant, then
month to month after that.
About the room:
The room that's available is medium-sized with an average closet, a large
window and hardwood floors. Like the rest of the apartment, it gets amazing
light. You could fit a queen sized bed, a dresser and a desk with room to
spare. The room also has cute moldings and other details that make it sweet.
About us:
We are two ladies and one guy in the late 20s - early 30s age, fun,
considerate, easy-going, active and busy with different interests. We love to
hang out over a drink or meal on occasion, but also respect each others space
and lead our own lives. We keep the apartment really clean and hope you will
do the same. We also have a very large, very lovable old cat that is great.
Unfortunately, no more pets allowed per landlord request.
About you:
We are looking for someone respectful, communicative and with a steady source
of income between the ages of 25-35. No couples please. Overall, we are
looking for a roommate that we can enjoy spending time with, who will
contribute to the house, and who wants to make the place their home. Please
