very friendly.
Inside, it's like a studio, but better, with a separate bathroom and kitchen.
The bedroom is rather large (roughly 20 by 20), with enough space for a queen
bed, desk, and sofa. The kitchen provides plenty of space, and the bathroom is
perfectly functional.
Comes with a baseboard electrical heater, a window AC unit, and a swamp
cooler.
The landlords are super friendly!
This apartment is available right now. July move-ins are also possible but not
preferred.
