A room is available in a shared one bedroom apartment!! This is a one bedroom apartment that gets converted into a two-bedrooms apt. I previously shared this apartment with my sister and had converted the living room into my own bedroom. My sister had moved out of state and I have no use for her room, so it is now available for rent.

The bedroom is a very good size (approx. 200 sq. ft.) with a large closet space. We'll share the kitchen and the bathroom as well as the cleaning duties. This apartment is kept clean and organized on a regular basis. The prospective roommate must be committed to help keeping the place clean, especially the shared space such as kitchen and restroom. There will be a cleaning schedule that we both will adhere to alternately every two weeks (which shouldn't take more than 30 mins).

I am looking for someone who is mature, open-minded, clean, considerate to and respectful of another person. The room will be available for move-in sometime between June - and early July.

The rent is $550, + half the costs of utilities, and comes with free wireless internet. I will require $200 refundable deposit and background/reference check ($100 is non-refundable). Sorry, this apt doesn't allow pet & outside smoker only
