I'm looking for a roomie to cook, drink, joke, rock out with in my 100 year
old quirky apartment. I request a deposit of $400 which is fully refundable
with 30 day's notice to move out. Utilities (gas, electric, internet) are
about $75 a month.
Me - Full time barista, full time boyfriend, 2 kitties (which I'll ask you to
feed a few times a week). I relax by cooking, sewing, watching Woody Allen and
foreign films. I'm super social with an introverted streak. Love having small
dinner parties about once a month.
You - female, drug-free (green is cool), clean but not neurotic, are awesome.
The room - is a walk-through to my bedroom, thus the affordable price. That
said, I'm not home often so it's kinda like having a giant 1 bedroom to
yourself. The blue room divider and desk come with the room if you like.
Painting is negotiable.
