$1325 Great sunny apartment in the Mission

I am looking for someone to share a bright sunny two bedroom apartment just off the corner of 19th Street and Guerrero. It is a third floor apartment in a clean building less than a block from Mission Dolores Park. Bi-Rite Market is a five minute stroll and great restaurants are just minutes away on Mission and Valencia Streets.

The second bedroom has two windows and good-sized closet and no street noise. It fits a queen-sized bed, a dresser and a chair/desk. It measures 9'x13', the closet is 2' deep and 5.5' wide. It has wood floors and comes unfurnished. There is a bunch of space in the apartment for storage, a small back room we currently use for boxes and a back access stair.

The apartment has a large living room that I almost never use and there is room for furniture. The kitchen is large and open; it has a gas stove, pantry, island and an expandable table and gets lots of natural light. (No dishwasher)

The apartment has all wood floors, high ceilings and great detailing. The bathroom has a claw foot tub and shower. It has a ton of windows throughout and gets a bunch of natural light, which I love. There is a small patio outside and a bigger shared enclosed patio downstairs with lots of plants but no grass.

I am a teacher, in my early 30's and have an 8yr old golden retriever. I'm mellow, clean, sociable, fairly quiet, love to cook and very physically active. I am gone during the day and home most evenings. I go backpacking or climbing every other weekend. The dog is very mellow, sleeps all day and never barks.

No drugs and no smoking, sorry. Pets are a possibility.
