The Room:

Open for June and July into the beginning of August (the 7th, could be flexible until the 10th). Looking for someone who would be ok moving in June 7th or later if at all possible. Good size room with closet, light blue walls. Room is NOT furnished--we can provide a bookshelf. Can easily fit a full or queen size bed plus dresser, bookshelf and smaller furniture. Rent is $1000/mos which includes almost all utilities. Cable and extra utilities is about $60/mos. We are not able to pro-rate the room, we would ask that you pay for June and July in full at the start of each month but you could absolutely stay into August.

The Apartment:

A cozy 3 bedroom place with an open living room for hanging out. We share 1 bathroom, but there is never an issue or line since we have such different schedules. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need (stocked cupboards, fridge, microwave, oven, blender, dish drying rack). Laundry in the building downstairs. There is a view that looks towards the Bay Bridge over downtown and the building managers are the absolute best and will help out with any problems!

The Roomies:

Roomie 1- female in mid-twenties, who loves running, traveling, reading and generally enjoying life. She works downtown for an email marketing firm and spends most of her weekday evenings running, enjoying vino while watching Parks and Rec or going out with friends. Weekends are pretty similar, although she is gone a weekend or two per month.

Roomie 2- female in mid-twenties. She is a graphic designer who works for a web design agency near Marin. She loves to cook, write and play board games with friends in her spare time as well as watch How I Met Your Mother. Often out of the house on the weekends in the East Bay or exploring the rest of California.
