THE ROOM: unfurnished or partially furnished (see photo); sunny with lots of windows; spacious; high ceilings; ceiling fan; carpeted; lovely fireplace (decorative only); small closet with extra storage in the basement.

THE HOUSE: 2 bedroom, one bath, so you will be sharing the entire house (except for my room, of course), with me. Beautifully decorated house with high ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of windows, a front porch and back deck; updated, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, microwave, and laundry closet; updated bath with tile floors and new fixtures.

THE LOCATION: Very near Atlanta University Center (Morehouse, Spelman, etc.), restaurants, Kroger, CVS, etc. Also close to Georgia State University (about 3 miles away). Very close to downtown and 10-15 to Midtown Atlanta. Less than a mile away from Oakland City MARTA and a mile from West End MARTA (both have free parking). Very quiet street in transitional neighborhood. Very close to I-20 and I-75/85. 15-20 min to Atlanta airport. Just south of Downtown Atlanta and north of East Point. Very near artist center of Castleberry Hills.

RENT: $450/mo, includes electricity, water, trash, and gas.
