Renting out the second room in a 2bedroom 2 bath apartment on lombard and
stockton. The room is about 11x9 and gets plenty of light. Other than that you
get all the standard fixings: a kitchen, a bathroom, a floor.... you get the
idea.
You would be sharing the apartment with a 25 year old straight male who works
in SOMA. I'm pretty active and social but do not tend to bring the party home
except for the occasional weekend get together before heading out to the bars.
During the day I like to keep busy playing golf, tennis, snowboarding, or
hanging out with friends.
The most important part in making this arrangement work is finding someone who
