I would like to sublet my room for the rest of my contract, which starts from
Jun. 1 to Oct. 31.You could sign a new contract after the current one expires.
The apt is located on roosevelt island, which is very convenient to those who
work in midtown. It's only five minutes' walk to the subway. You will be
sharing the apt with two female finance professionals, who are very
independent and busy most of the time. The room is $850/month, including
utilities. We have laundry room on the third floor. The room is carpet-
floored, fully furnished in the kitchen and the bathroom. My room has a large
closet and I'm planning to leave my table, chair, and lamp as a gift. I've
attached several pics for your information. Since I'm moving out next Sunday.
I would be glad to show you the room and conclude the deal asap. I'm available
