Smaller of two bedrooms available in my duplex apt., semi-furnished, on the border of Chevy Chase & Silver Spring (Grubb Rd). Looking for someone in their late 20's to 40's.

How would you like to have Rock Creek Park as your back yard? 3/4 of a mile walk to gym, tennis courts, (and stables if you happen to be an equestrian), Deli, Chinese & cafe. Lots of parking in lot. 2.5 mile drive, walk or bus ride to both the Silver Spring and Bethesda metros. Presently getting new carpeting.

Women welcome, but you will be sharing a bathroom with me, which I know is generally a deal breaker for you guys (if conflict in the morning is a concern, that will rarely be an issue - most of the time you'll be heading out the door by the time I get up).

As for me, I'm a 49 y.o. swm (much younger at heart), hetero, live music fanatic, tennis fan (I don't follow any other sports, so would not make a good comrade in that sense).

Rent includes basic utilities. One month's security deposit and two references required.
