Recently remodeled apartment on the outskirts of the mission near Glen Park. 1 block to Muni lines 14, 49, and 23, and 10 minute walk to Glen Park Bart Station, making it really easy to get downtown. Clean, non-smoking, no pet household. Washer/Dryer on site. Easy street parking, or a garage space for an extra $150/month. Utilities run about $40/month for PGE and $30 for Internet, per person. Garbage is about $35, once every 3 months. Fully equipped kitchen. No drugs (including 420), but kicking back with a few drinks is fine. The room is approx. 10x12 ft. Shared backyard with other building tenants.

About the roommate:

Mid 20's male, Full time grad student studying web design, works part time, keeps busy, but likes to have fun on the weekends. Plays rock electric guitar, bbqs, and waterskis when I can.

About you:

Financially stable and able to pay bills on time. Easy going. Ok with having people over for a bbq on occasion. Friendly, have common sense.

Details: First & Last months rent and deposit needed to move in. Available June 1st.
