About the apartment: Nice location bordering Bernal, Glen Park and Noe Valley. Two bedrooms, one roommate. Yep, it really does have a parking spot, in a garage. There's some storage space for a few boxes. No noise near the bedroom. Light filled living room and eat-in kitchen (there really is room for a table in chairs in the kitchen). Good amount of storage. Wood floors and high ceilings throughout. Claw foot tub in the bathroom. Medium sized room with lots of closet space, there are two closets in the room. Small deck outside, which has an herb garden on it at the moment, plus a shared garden downstairs. The next door neighbor also runs a community garden around the corner. Friendly neighbors, the tenants next door even host a first Friday drinks night for the neighborhood every month. Wi-Fi. Near the Glen Park Bart, J, F, 49, 14, 67, 26, 23, 24. Sadly, no pets allowed. Rent is month to month with one month's deposit on move-in.

About your potential roommate (me): 34 yo woman. I love to cook (and share), travel, get outdoors as much as possible, hiking, backpacking, etc, explore the city, ponder ideas, and I try to be good to the environment and the world around me. I have a bunch of friends in the bay area and a lot going on in my life, but I do see this apartment as my home and would love to find a roommate who is interested in having a warm community feeling at home- not just a place to crash.

About you: Hoping to stay for awhile, non-smoker. Aware and interested in the world around you. Clean, but not obsessively so. Considerate. Male or female preferably late 20's-early 40's.
