Looking to rent out a single bedroom in a very large, extremely nice condo. The condo in full has 2 large bedrooms, 1 very large loft, and 3 full bathrooms (one for each room/loft). Utilities are not included but at the worst, usually aren't any more than $50/month per person. Utilities will be divided equally between roomates. I have most of the furniture for the condo; however, if you have any, we could see about fitting it in no problem.

The area is very nice, safe, and friendly. It is located right next to Union Park and a little less than 1 mile to Rush University Medical Center. Only 1.5 blocks from the Ashland/Lake train stop. About a 35 minute beautiful walk to downtown. About 10-15 minute walk to Harpo studios. Close to TONS of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gyms, and grocery stores etc.

I'm a young (mid 20's), working professional, female, who represents several clothing lines. I work from home and downtown at the Merchandise Mart and travel quite a bit both for work and pleasure. I'm laid back, clean, and sociable. I love to cook, bake, have friends over for game nights, dinner parties, or just to hang out. I enjoy going out for a drink when I'm home. I don't smoke, do drugs, or get trashed on the weekends. I absolutely love dogs but because of my job, I can't support one simply because I'm gone so much of the time. Sooo, if you have a small pooch of some sort - I'm more than happy to welcome him/her as well!

About you: I don't care if you're male or female. Preferably around the same age bracket (mid 20's - mid 30's), respectful, clean, sociable, likes to grab a drink every now and again. Someone who is employed and can easily pay bills on time. Non-smoker, non-drug user please.
