We are 1 mile west of Wrigley field and a quarter mile from the Southport
corridor. The Brown line L is a 4 block walk east to the Paulina line stop
which gets you to the Red line in 5 minutes at Belmont. There is a Jewel and
Mariano's 5 blocks West on Roscoe & Western, also a 24 hr speedway convenient
store right next door. Starbucks, pubs, restaurants are all located on the
same block. This is a month to month lease, I am looking for someone perhaps
longer term, but 6 or 3 months would be accepted depending on person and
situation.
