Room for rent in charming 2br / 1br Apartment--

I have a room for rent in my 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment--located in the highly desired Virginia Highlands area. The apartment complex is called North High Ridge apartments, and is located on the corner of Highland Ave and North Ave in the heart of Virginia Highlands. Rent is $950 a month ($475 each) plus utilities--gas & electric--the water is covered. In addition to gas & electric, you would also pay ½ of the internet. I signed 1-year lease in March so, ideally, I would like to find someone who is long term. I am looking for a FEMALE roommate & I am looking to rent the room ASAP.

ABOUT ME:

➢ I am a 21 yr old female and I attend the Aveda Institute for cosmetology--I moved to Atlanta last May to go to school, and I'll be graduating in 3ish months.

➢ I like music, fashion, art, and many other things. I like to go out and have fun, but I also value and enjoy peace & quiet. I drink socially, and may have a few people over occasionally but nothing too crazy.

➢ I am clean but I'm not a neat freak--I am looking for someone who is the same.

➢ Responsible & respectful of other's space & things, opened minded & easy going

➢ I have two cats--both are declawed and fixed males & indoor only. MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

➢ Rent: $950 per month ($475 each) + ½ utilities (electric, gas, internet)

➢ Available Immediately

➢ 1 year lease as of March 2012 (lease ends March 2013)

➢ Apartment is mostly furnished (I'm still getting the last of everything unpacked and put away so it's not completely finished.)

➢ There is off-street and secured parking right behind the apartment building.

➢ Wood floors throughout--tile in the bathroom & kitchen--the bedrooms have nice big windows with a lot of natural light.

➢ There is a screened in porch that faces the street (the unit is on the second floor so it's an awesome spot to be).

➢ There is not a washer or dryer in the unit, but there is a laundry mat across the street.

The room itself is on the smaller side but is still very functional.

I am looking for a female around my age (20-25) that is:

• Animal friendly

• Open minded, laidback & responsible

• Respectful & Clean (but not a neat freak)

• Fun loving & down to earth--I like to go out & have fun but I don't want a 24/7 party house.

• Student or Full-time worker

• FEMALE ONLY

• No cigarette smoking inside

• No pets (already 2 cats)
