the apartment is the first floor of a 2 flat but its not a garden - its ground level. there is a patio and a garden in the backyard. street parking is non- permit and i never had any trouble finding a spot in front of the building. the utilities are approximately $100 per month (Gas + Electric). water/sewer/trash are included.
