We have a beautiful big unfurnished bedroom for sublease in the South
Mission/Bernal/Noe area. May16th-May31st. TWO WEEKS!
This room is at the front of a big 4 bedroom flat. It has big bay windows and
a working gas fireplace. There is also a big hallway closet for your use
alone.
The rest of the house has a huge great kitchen, small den with couch and TV, a
little back area with washer and dryer, and 3 bathrooms!
About your roommates: We are all working, artsy, film-loving, nice people. I
work at the SF Art Institute, another roommie works at the Academy of Art and
another is a freelance photographer. We don't party at home much, but we do
enjoy going out for drinks, and going to Dolores park or biking. We are one
girl and two guys in our late 20's/early 30's.
The house is in a rad location. Close to really good food and bars. 10 blocks
from 24th st. BART and right on the J, 14, 49 and 24 muni lines.
Oh yeah, and we have a cat named Zephyr who is awesome.
P.S. Sorry the pictures have stuff in the room. All that will be gone!
