This is a cozy and sweet, fully-furnished, short-term apartment rental in a wonderful neighborhood. It is a garden (or "in-law") apartment on the first floor of our home that is completely self-contained with its own, seperate entrance. Located in a safe, quiet, and convenient corner of beautiful Noe Valley with easy access to downtown and/or the 280 on-ramp South to the peninsula.

The apartment is tastefully decorated with many antiques and overlooks a lush garden patio/courtyard with fern "trees", roses, jasmine,and hydrangea. It also has its own private outdoor seating area, a redwood deck with table and chairs right outside your front door.

There are four rooms total:

1) Bedroom with a queen bed and vintage furnishings

2) Full bathroom shower over tub, eco-bamboo flooring

3) Fully-furnished living room, including queen-sized sofa bed

4) Fully-equipped kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook and eat in: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses and utensils provided. The kitchen also has a cozy eating nook with a table and two chairs.

In addition, we provide:

-Wireless Internet. -Cable TV, DVD player. -A shared washer/dryer unit, located outside. -Linens, quilts, down comforter and towels. -Easy street parking - there's no permit required and usually just out in front of the house (this is NOT one of the areas of Noe Valley where it's hard to find parking). -Within two blocks of #24 bus line and the "J Church" MUNI train - very easy access to downtown or other sites of interest - Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Yahoo shuttle bus stops are one block away -Upper Church Street with its wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops is just 3 blocks away. REDUCED WEEKLY RATE: $700.

An additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
