- I am a 20-something middle school teacher who enjoys having fun, going out, outdoor activities, animals, and just chilling out at home. I'm laid back, very artsy, love to paint, and trying.... to garden. 2 story house built in 1920's- 3bdrm (1 avail), 2 full bath, kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry rm, living rm (w/ fireplace), foyer, dining rm, and loft/den/ big open space. Has a large basement (great for storage), large back porch and large (soon to be) fenced in backyard. It's my house, so if you treat it with love, it will do the same for you.
Besides having a steady job and being responsible, I'm looking for someone who
is laid back, but enjoys going out, and is adventurous. Someone who shares
some of the same qualities and doesn't ONLY keep to themselves. I'm very much
a people person and hope for my roommate to be the same. Must like dogs,
especially my goofy butt mutt (dog is 8 yrs and incredibly sweet and loving).
I would describe myself as a clean person, but not a neat freak, I would want
a roommate who is pretty much the same and doesn't have to be asked to pick up
after themselves. Cleaning responsibilities should be shared and not prompt
unneeded annoyances- if ya know what I mean.... Oh, and pets more than welcome

No preference over sex, but would prefer someone between the ages of 25-35.
