Hello, I'm a 23 year old male. I currently have an apartment with a bedroom available. I'm moving in with my father and we'll each have 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the apartment. It's on the second floor of a 2 family house. I'll be honest parking is a bit rough but not impossible. It's on 17th street in Bayonne so it's within walking distance of 16th street park, the 22nd street lightrail station which connects to the PATH and plenty of places to eat and have a good time on Broadway. We are both smokers and this is not going to be a "party house". By that I don't mean we can't have a few people over and whatever. I mean it won't be a college dorm atmosphere involving ragers into the middle of the night and bothering the family downstairs. The rent will be $1000 a month plus gas, electric and we want to get cable and internet. There are 2 big bedrooms and 1 small bedroom. The bigger ones are $350 a month and the small one is $300. My father is definitely taking a big bedroom. I'm perfectly fine with the small one but we'll talk more if you decide this situation might sound good to you.
