My apt is available from June 6th through June 14th (noon check out) for short
term sublet. The apt is located in a very safe neighborhood. $150 per night or
$1000 for the week. Includes all utilities (heat, AC), wireless internet for
your laptop or tablet, queen sized bed, fold out futon couch in living room,
bath linens for two people. Must be comfortable in a bohemian setting. The
lionclaw bathtub is in the kitchen and the private locked toilette is in the
hall. Picture a Parisian stlye apt with old world charm.
You will not get a hotel in nyc for this price! The apt is located right in
the center of manhattan. Walking distance to noho, soho, nolita, east village,
chelsea. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, shopping, galleries,
subways, union square and washington sq park...literally in the heart of the
city!! I require a refundable security deposit, $50 cleaning fee, and one
reference. Responsible and clean people only!! NO SMOKING, NO LARGE
