The building has spectacular Hudson River and Central Park views (from the roofdeck), is in a great neighborhood 3 blocks from Columbus Circle/Central Park, Whole Foods, the Time Warner Center, within a two minute walk from all Transportation of every kind (A/C/E trains, B/D trains, 1 train at Columbus Circle, N/R, F), great restaurants, and many supermarkets including one a block away. It is cable wi-fi ready and comes furnished, there is a parking garage for those of you with cars, although I use a lot a few blocks away because it is cheaper (contact me for more specifics on price).

The room would come with everything pictured except the books/personal stuff, the deskchair, and one of the two dressers (with the vanity mirror) will be moved to the other room.
