(may be extended). Located in an elevator building on beautiful West End
Avenue, one block to #1, #2, #3 trains on Broadway and one block from
Riverside Park, the express trains, #2 and #3, will take you to Times Square
in 2 stops and downtown in 3 stops. There is a 24-hour deli right next door to
building, a live in Superintendant, and laundry in the basement.
This is a great neighborhood -- feels almost suburban in relation to the buzz
of the city below -- yet it is comfortably close to travel between the two
quickly. A perfect respite from the city.
All rooms have windows, so this is not a cooped up city apartment. The bedroom
gets great light and some river and park views. There is a full bathroom,
hardwood floors throughout, and the apartment is set up with basic cable TV,
wifi and Netflix (streaming movies). The kitchen is fully functional -- oven,
microwave, grill, etc.
