Large space, plenty of room, with small storage area in the basement. Aparment
is in a quiet 6 flat. Street parking is free and easy to find. One block away
from Trader Joes (perk!) and 2 blocks away from the Addison brown line stop.
Very safe and quiet area, but really close and walkable to
Lakeview/Wrigleyville. My lease is up August 1, and my current roommate is
moving to Wicker Park and I LOVE this place and really want to keep it!
About me:
I'm a 26 year old female who works downtown. During the week I lie pretty low,
usually either hanging out at the apartment after work, working out, or having
dinner w/ friends. On the weekends I like to go out or have a few friends
over, but never bring the party back with me. I keep the common space pretty
clean, but am not OCD by any means. Looking for someone simliar - message me
