Your room has 7 ft & 4" high ceiling, 10 ft & 6 " width, 11 ft & 3" length w/ cream colored walls, light blue/gray carpeting. There are 4 (3 prong) electrical outlets on the east & north walls. The closet is complete with double rods (1 on the left & 1 on the right) & vertical, wall mounted, shoe rack in the center. There is shelving on either side of the closet for your shoe or hat boxes, luggage, or other gear. This room has 2 windows treated with vinyl venetian blinds--1 facing south & the other facing west overlooking a garden with flowers & pine trees. You may have BBQs w/ friends in the backyard using white lawn chairs I have stored in garage. If you like to garden, I have plenty of space behind the garage where you can grow what you wish as long as it is legal. There is ample street parking on a one way street facing south (Octavia Ave.) & 2 way street going east to west (Barry Ave.). 2 gas stations, Bank of America, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, grocery store/market, and church are nearby. There is public transportation on Harlem Ave or Belmont Ave CTA at the opposite end of my street. Metra station at Grand Ave in Elmwood Park is not far either. Plenty of restaurants & cafes are within walking distance. There's even a sports bar with pool/billiards table within 4 blocks walking distance. *NOTE* If you have allergies, I do have very friendly dog & a cat, so please understand they will walk around the house. I'm cool with you having pets like birds, fish, reptiles, or amphibians. Please understand that if your pet stains carpet or other upholstery, you will have to clean the mess. Thanks.
