- 2 bedroom (They are both spacious) / 1 bathroom - Hardwood flooring - HUGE closet space (you will have to see it to believe it) -Lots of sun and breeze coming throughout entire apartment -Washers/Dryers in the building -Heating included ( kept me pretty warm during brutal Chicago winter! you only need to pay electricity/gas) The unit is located near Foster and Damen Avenue, 3 minutes of walk to Damen brown line and 7 minutes to Berwyn red line. There are two bus stops (Foster, Damen) right in front of the building as well.

You can walk to many bars and restaurants in Andersonville, Lincoln Square and Ravenswood in 5 minutes. Still, it's a quite neighborhood with ample street parking.

The current monthly lease is $830 and I was lucky to lock it down for almost three years.

The lease expires March 31st, 2013 with the option to renew in January.

Since I am moving out of town by the end of July, I am flexible with move-in dates between late July and early August.

By the way, you will have to go through on-line application process as potential subletters and have to pay application fee directly to the management. Of course, all the proper legal documents will be processed through management as it should be as well. It's for the sake of both of us!
