= 4 blocks from cali blue line, 1/2 block to the fullerton bus. basically 20-30 min to get downtown

= super close to lotsa good stuff - coffee shops, grocery, bars, target, parks, yoga, logan boulevard ECT

= luv this place been here for 2 1/2 yrs, have had all types of roomies, open to all peoples !
