I'm looking for a roommate to share an awesome Corner Duplex Up Penhouse Condo with. This condo is close to Lawrence & Broadway, in Uptown.

I am renting a beautiful luxury condo, and have an extra bedroom available. The condo is in an intimate building on a charming Uptown block provides perfect setting for this expansive 2,400 square foot home. The condo is pretty fancy; everything is upgraded and customized throughout. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout entire house. Three bedrooms, living, dining, family rooms plus bonus studio/recreation room. Custom stainless steel staircase. Two wood-burning fireplaces. This corner unit has tons of windows and is very bright and airy. There are three private outdoor spaces, including a private rooftop deck with great skyline views! The kitchen is huge, and has Sub-Zero, Fisher Paykell, and Grohe Appliances, a large wine refrigerator, and granite counter tops. A high-efficiency, front loading washer and dryer is in the condo as well.

The bedroom that is available is is very large, has two nice big windows, and is located in the quite back of the house (away from the living room and kitchen). The bedroom has a HUGE closet, with customizable Elfa shelving. There is a large back deck located off of this bedroom. You would be sharing a large bathroom (tons of counter & cabinet space)

The room will be available around August 1st. All utilities (gas, electricity, internet, and DirectTV) will be divided between the roommates.

I am a responsible professional in my mid-twenties. I are respectful, considerate, and clean up after myself! I don't have any pets (and not interested in adding any to the house). I am looking for someone that is also respectful, considerate, will clean up after themselves, and will pay rent on time! Oh, and fyi, I'm not into house parties (at our house anyway!!)
