The room is very spacious and has its own walk-in closet. You also have a
personal bathroom right next to the bedroom. It is furnished with a queen-
sized sleigh bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, and even a large, cable-connected
Sony Bravia HDTV.
The unit has all the amenities you need (central air, humidifier, dishwasher,
laundry, brand new hardwood floors throughout, modern kitchen, patio, etc).
Building (three condos) is located near North & Western Ave about 10 mins to
Western or Damen blue line stops.
Rent will be $800 and 1/3 of utilities (gas, electricity, internet, and
cable). There is a garage parking spot, which is negotiable.
