Caitlin Brozna: Horrible customer service. I am a skating coach who recommended this site to my skaters and it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to communicate with Teresa the owner and still after a month have not received our dress and competition is in 4 days! Buyer beware and stay away from this irresponsible and unprofessional store.
