"Lorena's" is now being run by the property owner - Marvin Small, who is without a doubt, the biggest Scumbag, Con Man in Fort Worth. He lures in unwitting restaurateurs, has them sign a ridiculous contract, which affords him free food for his family and friends, catering to his house after business hours, won't allow the new operator to decorate the establishment, attempts to have them pay his property tax and the list goes on and on... In Short - Marvin screwed Lorena over, just like he has done with every other occupant over the last ten years, so she decided to move her restaurant elsewhere, rather than deal with this lowlife... When she shut down, she removed her signage and Marvin had the sign put back up, in an attempt to draw in unsuspecting customers, who would naturally think they were still visiting Lorena's. Well guess what, Marvin - - - Word spreads quickly around Eagle Mountain Lake! Their food is beyond horrible, the service staff ( all two of them ) are clueless and when asked about the recent closure, claim they were "remodeling" and doing some upgrades to the kitchen. Flat Out, Bold faced Lies... Avoid this place like the plague, unless you like giving your hard earned money to crooks and like the taste of lukewarm Alpo... I'll give them a month and they'll be out of business. Maybe less, when the "Real" Lorena's opens in their new location.
