Absolutely the worst customer service today! The old assistant manager is gone...he was good...the crap going on in there today would not have been happening! I ordered 1/2 dozen bagels. The three kids in there were cutting up and trying to outwit each other...doing half ass jobs making the sandwiches. So no one had gotten my 6 bagels...although I paid for them and was waiting. Another man came in ordered a dozen bagels...the assistant manager that was running the register, same one that helped me...gave him his bagels and he was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Meanwhile I asked for my bagels and she realizes I haven't gotten yet (even though I was standing there right next to her the whole time. Long story short...she gave away the last of the bagels I wanted to the man that came in behind me! I know there are a lot more important things going on in the world, but basic customer service is not asking a lot. Miss the old assistant manager...red haired girl with assistant manager name tag needs to learn whole to manager he employees!
