I have not moved in yet but so far I can say the leasing agents are so nice and really like their jobs. They are excited about changes that are being done and I can say so far I am impressed. Great dog park. Saw a lady today reading a book sitting on a bench in there under the shady trees while her dog ran around....not many dog parks smell nice enough to sit in...it must not have been bad. lol. I love the space you get for the money. It does not feel like an apartment inside...it actually feels like a little home...I am soooo picky too! I hope my unit I am moving into in October meets my expectations of what I have seen so far. Close to the updated movie theater and Publix and Walmart if that is your thing. Lots of really long term residents too I met who just love it there. All good so far.

Do not rent here it is like a concentration camp!!! They find numerous excuses to charge you extra $. These people are worse than a politician when it comes to ripping you off!!! The maintenance people don't "fix" anything but why should they when they force you to have renter & liability insurance so they can charge you for everything. These people say it's their "policy" that you have a certain income to rent here but then they want everyone over 18 in your household, working or not, on the lease to make sure they get their rent $$. They would charge you to breathe in "their" apartments if they could.

love the staff and the apartments are amazing.

My apartment was so dirty when I moved in. We had marks all over the counters that were yellow and stained. We had several maintenance requests that took at least a week. When we moved out we were charged 300$ in fees when we cleaned the apartment more then when we moved in. The several good things is that the apartments are large and has a nice patio area.

New management. Very nice place to live. Been here for 2 years
