I am looking for someone (or a couple) that would like to sublet my very large one bedroom apartment for the coming academic year (my dates are flexible).

The apartment is fully furnished with very nice furniture (see pictures) and nice artwork.

The ceilings in the apartment are 20 feet tall and both the bedroom and the living room are HUGE! I am looking for a responsible individual that appreciates a clean space. The apartment is right across from the Omni Hotel and you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the New Haven Green.

The Yale shuttle runs right next to the apartment and it is right in the middle of DOWNTOWN New Haven (A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE MED SCHOOL AND UNDERGRADUATE CAMPUS AND LAW SCHOOL). The building that the apartment is in is the Liberty Building and it is right next to prime 16, criterion theatre, and many many other restaurants. It is a luxury apartment complex with a lot of charm and GREAT SECURITY.
