I moved in to the Reserve at Ashley Lake in a pinch, thinking it would be temporary and we'd be out at the end of our lease. Well, 2 lease renewals later, we're still here! I love the property!! The grounds are well maintained, the pool is gorgeous and maintenance comes quickly, even when it's my own fault, like candle wax in the sink! The office staff has been nothing shy of kind & helpful even when I wasn't so plesant myself! I love the holiday parties they host for the community! Hats off to Michelle, Mike, Anne, Vasti, Diane & Scott for always doing a great job!! Safety has never been an issue, my children walk to and from the bus stop and play at the park. In the event my son forgets his key, he'll stop in the office & not only do they give him the key but also ride him home to unlock the door. The staff are known for going above & beyond! I have never had a problem parking in the lot in front of my building. I have had all the same neighbors since I moved in, for me that speaks volumes!!

My apartment was filthy when I moved in. It hadn't been painted, the carpet was disgusting. The breezeways are a mess, the tenants are slobs, the maintenance staff is lazy- they drive around on their golf carts all day and never pick up a thing, they don't empty the dog waste, so people stop using the bin because of all the flies, the office staff is just plain stupid. The apartments are tiny with the bathroom inside the bedroom, the stackable washer & dryer are useless. I've had a lint buildup in back of the vent that I keep asking them to clean. They don't CARE. The nice view does NOT make it worth the money, especially now that the "lake" is emptying and there's garbage floating in it. On top of all this, a $100 increase in rent PLUS $18 for trash, $50 for water & sewer, $20 pet rent and $20 for renters insurance. $1035 for a dump? No thanks. Boynton Beach wasteland.

Beautiful landscape and lake... Inside aprt is vey dated and appliances are in bad shape... If you get a lake view you will feel at a resort because is just quiet and one of a kind view. If you live with view to the parking ...good luck... You will hate it. Trash is a problem parking is bad and nasty smokers. smoke filters into the aprt... So do like me enjoy the beautiful view get the lake view and move after your lease is done.

We had air conditioning problems from the day we moved in. They "replaced" our unit, but every other month we would have to call them and let them know that, once again, it wasn't working. One of the maintenance men had the nerve to say to me once that the reason the air was broken was because i kept it at 75. He told me that you should never set your air below 80 degrees. What? After living there for a year we decided that we wanted to paint the dining room and one of the bedrooms. Before doing so we went to the office to ask about it. We even showed the girl the colors that we were getting. She told us that it was no problem at all to paint, told us that the complex supplied primer for us, so when we were ready to move out we could just request the paint and prime the walls back, having no effect on our security deposit. Well, what i shock we got when a year later we went to move out and the office told us that there was no primer to be supplied for us to paint back. They also tried to charge us $600 on top of our $300 security deposit because they had to clean out the air ducts--from a broken a/c that was broken when we moved in--for painted walls, and they tried to tell us that we turned in the key late as well as giving an insufficient notice to move out. We only had to give 30 day, we gave 45. I personally handed the keys into one of the women on the day that they told us to, before the office closed.
