beautiful apartment close to waterford lakes and UCF. 1 mile from 408. must be animal friendly, I have a cat. my roommate is moving out in July and I am looking for someone to take her place. rent is $1151, so $575 a piece plus utilities. I would prefer a female roommate but I am open.
