I have lived here since 04/2014 and I have nothing but great things to say about the manager that has been running this complex for the last year. She has really cleaned up the complex and works very hard. I have a friend that lived here when the old manager was here (she was HORRIBLE and lazy) and even she wants to move back to this area now. All of the apartments have been renovated and if anything ever needs to be fixed or there is a problem, it is fixed in a very timely manner! They added surveillance to the parking lot areas, and I have NEVER seen bugs IN or AROUND my apartment. The only downside I can report is lack of parking (1 stall designated to each tenant and only a couple available for visitors)...and a few stray cats that seem to want to stick around (although the manager is slowly working on that issue as well) Kudos to White Sands for getting rid of the old manager and finding someone who really enjoys what she does!!
