I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. At first, it's all nice and groovy. They recently did some renovation so the place looks somewhat newer. MAIN AND NUMBER ONE reason I would never recommend this place is the head manager, Brenda. She has the worse attitude and seems angry with the world all the time. Don't be fooled by her fake smiles and LIES. THIS WOMAN LIES. STRAIGHT UP. Its very clear she hates what she's doing and probably hates her life as well because she takes out her misery on so many of her tenants. So many people I know her detest her and I've lived here for almost 3 years now. Otherwise, everything is pretty good. Don't be fooled though. Look elsewhere. This is not the place to live comfortably.

AMAZING PROJECT!!! I lived at Briarwood from 2004 - 2007. It is a beautiful property with great amenities!! The apartments are big and come with either a patio or first floor deck....ours even had a backyard. The onsite people were super nice and the maintenance staff was very good.

I do not recommend these apartments.please don't stay here unless and until you don't get any other apartment.still you are willing to stay there .. please don't expect your advance when you vacate the apartment.the manager was really s..... even i am not interested to give the rating.
