I am looking for a female interested in living in a two story apartment in "The Villas". The house and room are completely furnished; chairs, tables, sofas, TV, all that is needed in the kitchen, complete laundry room, full bed, closet, study table+chair. Guest bathroom on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own shower and bathroom. The house is located right next to the Nittany Mall, Walmart, Sam's Club, dollar store, Ross, and many other stores.

A free M bus card is provided and there is a private parking space for each resident of the house.

A club house is right down the street which includes: warm pool, study area, TVs, a fitness room, free Wi-Fi, snacks and coffee, all for free and open 24 hours!

Two of the three bedrooms are offered, in the third bedroom lives a 23 year old female, great roommate.
