This property has the HOA from hell! I have been stuck in Daniel's Landing, upside down on my unit like so many of my neighbors, for three years now. In this short time, the HOA has cut back to where I am not sure what services they provide yet have raised their dues 4x! It's insane what residents pay for absolutely nothing! In fact the overall appearance of the neighborhood is beginning to show it's age and very little is being done to upgrade or at the very least maintain our community. The HOA, however, will be the first to cite you with nasty letters and fines if you leave your trash can out a day after collection but yet will do nothing to fix anything that may be broken or damaged. I have lived in central Florida for many years and this is my third HOA and I have never seen such a money grubbing, lazy oroperty management
