This place is horrible!!! They shot and killed the security who use to patrol the area. The office stays in the business as if this is a program. Everyone in the office is illiterate and is only there to get a bi-weekly paycheck. The apartments are super unmanageable, meaning roaches are unstoppable, dust builds every 30mins, the electricity goes out from time to time, etc... I suggest living somewhere else if your looking to save a little bit more cash. On that note every year they raise the rent as if the apartments are high dollar condos ha! To end I rate this place miserable, disgusting, and nasty

very nice friendly and cool down to earth people and awesome apartments they look Great!!! But The Leasing Staff Including the manager are very unprofessional and unorganized oh! and lets not forget dont let their coolness fool you its just to show how messed up your leasing experience is gonna be. Heads Up Plan ahead of time of your move in date not like 30 or 40 days more like 60 to 90 days. You will be in charge of following up with your application at all times to make sure you have your apartment by the moving date .Over all if they get a brand new leasing staff with better professional and organized skills this would be a Excellent place to move. but once your in your good except for the fact emergency maintance keeps his phone off after hours .
