The staff was very friendly. They greeted us when ever they passed by us, so very polite. The beds were made nicely and the supplies were plenty and towels clean. HOWEVER the hotel itself was awful. The carpet was damp and the AC was more like a humidifier. I felt wet and sticky. We got a room on the second floor and when we opened up the window to let some light it.. OMG.. How disgusting our room view was the roof and it was gross. I didn't want to believe the horrible reviews on this hotel, I should have believed. You can tell that once upon a time this was a nice place to stay. Owners just stop caring and that's too bad because it's in a great location. .

Disgusting. Not what I expect from Wyndham. This place needs to be closed and demolished. Dirty room, walls were filthy, dirty bathroom and the view from atop the convention center literally left me breathless. I mean it was that bad. So scared they might have bed bugs that I'm checking out and going elsewhere. Don't believe the pictures you see. They must have been taken at another hotel. I was expecting 20 or more floors from the picture. You get 4! False advertising.

This was the worst hotel ever in my life my room looked like a bloody murder scene I have pictures and video of the room I was checked into I was trumatized the whole entire stay. .they promised me a refund while I was there then when I left a couple days after they charged my card full price I hope nobody have to experience what me and my family went thru

BEWARE - If you self park you are charged $10 on your card. I had a very early surgery at a hospital the next morning so I wanted to self park to make sure there was no issues with getting the car at 4.15am. I was simply handed a ticket and told to "park round the back and walk thru the door of the conference center". I called today to find out what this $10 charge was for. I was told all self parking is $10 per day. Hotel is also dated, wet paint signs hung everywhere in the hallways. It is just a tired hotel.

Beware Bed Bugs!!! Management will not do anything or help out. I do not see how they are still open. Save yourself and do not stay hear.
