While the price point is reasonable, you get what you pay for: (1) Slow to act maintenance, (2) No snow removal, (3) Lack of parking, (4) Unresponsive leasing manager (she only answers calls from out of state area; if I wanted to speak with the office, I always needed to call from a non-201 number. 201 calls were always screened and were never answered); (5) Pests (mice, bugs); (6) Thin walls (I can hear my neighbor snoring); (7) Leasing office hrs from 9 to 4 and closed for 2 hrs for lunch every day. It's impossible to request repairs if you work 8 to 5. It's quiet which is a plus and other tenants are very nice, but the buildings are old and in need of repair. This complex is part of a large conglomerate apartment owner. You're just a number to these people. The Property Manager could care less about you, your concerns and your safety. I'd recommend staying away from this apartment complex, as well as any apartment complex managed by Affiliated Mgmt.
