Our home is located on a very quiet street and within walking distance to the South Venice Civic Association Ferry that crosses the inter-coastal ever 1/2 hour from 9 till sunset, everyday except Wednesday. Only a 5 minute ride that takes you to a private beach that will be your piece of paradise during your stay.

2 Bedrooms one with new King the other new Queen with linens, one full bathroom in house and 1 with shower located in garage to shower off all that sand after a day at the beach!

New sectional sofa in living room and a really nice lanai to relax or read a book. Includes washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

This is for one couple inquire on two couples please. Will only Rent December thru January 31 2 month minimum $2,000per month plus $500 security deposit. $100 end of stay cleaning.
