The Lampwork Lofts project is the conversion of a historic four-story brick warehouse into 92 for-rent live/work units. As part of the rehabilitation, we are certifying the 115,000 square foot building as a national landmark with the National Park Service. The building was originally built in 1919 and served as the manufacturing facility for General Electric's Mazda Lamps. The building also has the distinction of being the first industrial facility on the West Coast to employ women. The project has is expected to be completed in July 2014.
