University of Nevada, Reno is now leasing brand new housing on campus for Faculty Members, Graduate and Professional Students . The new homes will contain fully equipped, full size, energy efficient appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and side by side washer/dryer. The monthly rent will also include high-speed wired and wireless Internet, Water, Sewer and Trash. The community will have off-street University permit parking spaces, the required ADA parking and the use of an additional upper level off street University permit parking lot.
