I am looking for someone to sublease my room at Solstice Apartments in West Village for this summer, from JUNE 1, 2014 to AUGUST 15, 2014.

I share the kitchen and dining area with three other awesome girls, one will be there through the summer and the other two may be in and out. I would prefer a female UC Davis or Los Rios Community College student. The main area includes a full washer and dryer. The room is very large and has its own bathroom (with shower) and a large walk in closet, in other words, you would have your own room and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with a long full bed, a desk, drawers under the bed, and a bedside table. Solstice apartments were built just last year so everything is brand new and up to date. There is a washer and dryer in our unit as well as a dishwasher. The rent includes ALL utilities, so you will never pay more then $700. When living here, you will have access to the gym, gaming center, pools, bbq area, study rooms, and much more.
