The apartment was nice at first until I discovered they have a rodent yes RODENT issue!!! They have an infestation in the walls. I understand the buildings are old and are surrounded by woods but for $2000+ a month I should never have to deal with rodent issues. The staff was very lax about fixing the issue. Several of my neighbors have moved due to heavy rodent issues. I never had bugs but I've heard other tenants complain about bugs. This is a section 8 property so no telling what's in these apartments. People have several family members living with them which I know aren't on the lease. We've had 3 different resident managers in 6 months and the new lady was gone in about a month. She hated this property and she said that herself. Too much money to live with bugs and rodents!!! NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!!! I can't wait to move out of this hell hole/RODENT ZOO.

The only thing Rollingwood has going for it is LOCATION. Otherwise, you better love living with roaches that seem invincible and good luck trying to get the management to spray for roaches. The maintenance staff is unresponsive and take months to cave in only after constant daily pestering and threat of legal action. The ventilation system is also horrible. I can always tell what my neighbor upstairs is having for dinner. Don't waste your money, look else where!
