Compared to the apartments were i used to live these apartments are nice. The people on here don't know what they are talking about. There all stuck up they don't know how it feels to live in poverty. This is a great place to live and just remember not everything is perfect shit happens get over it it's life.

Let me first say that when we moved here 3 years ago things were great, again I say 3 years ago. There were no roaches and when we would have a maintenance issue it was resolved that day or the next, at the very latest. But, in the past year it's all went down hill. You pay for pest control out of your rent every month but the apartment is over run by roaches! It's disgusting, we've got to move. We've used everything from Raid to Borax to Raid gel, etc. We've put in several requests for pest control, since we pay for it, but whatever the company uses only attracts more roaches. Possibly a trick to get called back out again? You put in a maintenance request, and it may be 5 or 6 days before you see anyone. I work all day so when I leave for work the office is closed and when I return the office is closed, so I have to communicate by email or phone. They have an answering service, never answer the phone and don't return emails. Sarah, the office manager and her counterpart in the office DO NOT attend to the residents needs here. We're moving. Let this be a warning to you.
